Cutter Suction Dredger CSD 500 Successfully Tested and Ready for Delivery
HID Shipyard is pleased to announce the successful completion of testing for its Cutter Suction Dredger 500 (CSD 500), marking another important milestone in delivering high-performance dredging solutions to global clients.
Following a series of comprehensive operational and performance trials conducted at the shipyard, the CSD 500 has demonstrated outstanding reliability, efficiency, and operational stability. All systems performed smoothly under testing conditions, confirming the vessel’s readiness for deployment in demanding project environments.

Designed to meet the needs of large-scale dredging operations, the CSD 500 offers an impressive flow capacity of 4000–4500 m³/h, a maximum dredging depth of up to 20 meters, and a discharge distance of up to 2 kilometers. These capabilities make it an ideal solution for river dredging, land reclamation, port construction, and other high-intensity applications.
Each stage of the testing process was carried out in strict accordance with international standards, reflecting HID Shipyard’s unwavering commitment to quality, precision engineering, and performance excellence.
