HID Strengthens Industry–Education Cooperation with Shandong Maritime Vocational College
Recently, a delegation from Shandong Maritime Vocational College visited HID Dredging Equipment for an exchange meeting focused on industry–education cooperation and talent development.
During the visit, the delegation toured HID’s production facilities and R&D center, gaining insights into the company’s expertise in dredging equipment design, manufacturing, and intelligent operation and maintenance solutions. The college representatives highly recognized HID’s strong engineering capabilities, manufacturing standards, and extensive project experience.
In the meeting that followed, both parties discussed cooperation in areas such as marine and offshore engineering education, practical training base development, and talent cultivation aligned with industry needs. HID expressed its commitment to supporting student internships, faculty industry practice, and employment-oriented training programs.
The visit marks an important step toward closer collaboration between HID and academic institutions, aiming to jointly cultivate skilled professionals and support the sustainable development of the marine equipment industry.
