HID Cutter Dredger Broadening Xiaoqing River Completing Restoration Projects
On the morning of January 12, the construction machinery and dredging vessels of the Weifang section of the Xiaoqinghe Fuhang project entered the construction site, marking the official full-scale construction of the Weifang section of the Xiaoqinghe Fuhang project. The Xiaoqinghe re-navigation project is a key project supported by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Transport. It is an important "one horizontal" in the "one vertical and three horizontal" high-level waterway network of the province's inland waterway layout planning.
The navigation project started from uder the xiaoqing river bridge, hehua road, Jinan city and finally yangkou operation zone, wast port district, wefang port, 169.2 km of inland river class III restricted channels were built. the estimated total investment for the project is 13.59 billion yuan and the construction period is 3 years. The Weifang section is the most downstream section of xiaoqing river re-navigation project. The length of the dredging channel is 17.21 kilometers, and the two highway bridges of the S309 provincial highway houxin bridge and yangkou bridge are rebuilt. the estimated total investment is 688 million Yuan.
Since the Xiaoqing river re-navigation project was offically put on agenda in 2016, the weifang municipal party committee and municipal government have vigorously purhsed forward the work and carried out the task.
