HID Dredger Launches 3 sets Electric Cutter Suction Dredger for River Sand Dredging
HID engineering group HID Dredger has launched 3 sets cutter suction dredgers being built for Inner Mongolia Baotou Baosteel Group. After sales service team completed the assembly, 3sets ECSDs are being launching into the river.
These vessels, named “Pingliu’’. The main pontoon length is 15-meter, non-self-propelled dredger has a capacity of 800m3/h and is equipped with a main engine(200kw/980rmp) plus an auxiliary engine(90kw/1500rmp), with a 5m spud carriage system to increase working efficiency. Electric hydraulic PLC control system, easy for one person operation.
The vessel also features several innovative design features such as, electric motors powering the dredge system, it makes possible zero-emissions dredging project, it is a remarkable machine for the city river dredging construction.
